A good bit of advice from Roy Masters

I like Roy Masters. I have read 3 books of his and record his radio show and listen when I can. I practice the mediation he prescribes and it does work, even though it's really simple. The best of Roy, is that he doesn't want to be be seen as a guru. He would rather you learn the mediation and go on your way than make him some kind of demagogue. He is now offering video snippets of advice and thoughts on youtube. All you have to do is type in Roy Masters and you can find his channel. Here is a great clip.
